ABOUT

My parents gave me a Kodak 'instamatic' camera for my 7th birthday, and I've been photographing people, places and things, in one way or another, ever since.

After studying Italian & Film studies at the University of Reading and working briefly in film, I promptly sold my soul to advertising and lived the life of an art director and copywriter for over 10 years.

During this time I worked for London and UK advertising  agencies, and set up Carrara Creative Consultancy with my brother Andrew, a partnership producing creative solutions for advertising across all media.

For the past 12 years I’ve been building up the volume of photographic work I’ve been doing, and today I split my time between shooting advertising, travel and fashion photography, and directing corporate video

productions and television commercials.

I'm the founder of The Circle, an international group of photographers working across travel and documentary photography. I am a member of the Society of International Fashion & Glamour Photographers.
